Samplicity Art Hovel is the gallery / store / studio of Samantha Ann Bohnert.  It features a 13-foot white gallery wall with rotating shows, and has space to sell fine crafts and art made by local artisans.  Samantha Ann Bohnert does oil painting, mural/nursery painting, drawing, sculpting in many media, woodworking, calligraphy, textile work, and much more.  If you would like to have a solo or group show at the Hovel, or if you have one-of-a-kind, excellently-made fine crafts that you think could be displayed and sold there, please contact Samantha@samplicityarthovel.com!

A note about my online process:
Rather than go through a middle-man seller, I prefer to have as personal contact as possible with my customers. On the product pages and some archive pages, you can click on links to e-mail me with regards to any piece you would like to buy or ask more about. At that time, I will calculate how much it will cost to ship that particular piece. Then I will get back to you about the final cost and we will be able to go from there.

The Hovel open after 3:30 on Wednesday, February 8th.

The Hovel is open most Wednesday afternoons. Stop by to see the current show, perhaps view some works in progress, and - as always - explore and buy some great ART and fine crafts! Call or e-mail to ask about other hours or to set up an appointment to visit the Hovel.

Tentative "Wednesdays" schedule:
~ Open Gallery starting after noon (or earlier if I'm not working at the school... later if I'm subbing at the school until 3:30).  Come on over and visit any time!
~ "Stitch Together" from 3:30-5 (Everyone is welcome to join us for knitting, crocheting, sewing, etc., even if you want to learn!  We can also do some drawing or other art, too.  Make it what you want!)
